Answer: Basically we have 3 steps in our process after we receive your online application for employment or if you drop off an application and resume in person.
- Your information will be shared with the specific Department Manager of the position you have applied.
- The appropriate Manager will screen your information and then contact you via email or telephone to conduct a preliminary screening interview, if your information qualifies for the position.
- After our screening process has completed, the most qualified candidates will be contacted to complete our interview, testing, and reference process.
*All candidates will be contacted via letter or phone once the hiring process is complete for the current opening.
*We will also share your application with other Ward-Brodt Music departments that match your qualifications, so we can keep you in mind for future openings.
